Food intolerance : Physical reaction against certain food that does not involve human immune system. When you are intolerant against lactose, you can still consume modified cheese or milk in small portion. In lactose tolerant case, it means that you are lack of lactose enzyme so that you can’t digest them well. Food intolerance can be reduced with probiotics.
