Can Healthy Living Prevent You From Asthma ?
Every parents must want to
prevent their children from any diseases, including asthma. What will
they do ? Creating and maintaining a healthy and clean living
environment are probably the most things that make sense. But the
questions is, does healthy living really block our children from asthma
exposure?

The most important thing is to keep our living environment balanced for children. We can, for example, let our children play on the outbound with their friends. Don’t keep them staying in the house all the time. Or, take a family picnic in the park sometimes. You can also introduce the children to outbound sports like tennis, swimming or just a routine jogging around the block of your house. If they meet with a dog or cat on the street, let them touch the animals, and play for awhile with them. And don’t forget to teach them to clean themselves after going back to the house.
However, if the children have already suffered from asthma, strict rules to avoid the allergen and other asthma triggers, to live cleanly and healthy, must be obeyed!
Remember the golden rule:
Prevent asthma when you can prevent it, but treat asthma accordingly to give the patient an opportunity to live a normal and happy life!
