Emotion And Stress

How To Manage Your Emotion And Stress, Get A Happy And Healthy Life To Avoid Asthma

Stress is a common situation in everybody’s life, especially for people who live in big countries at this era. Stress can come anytime, anywhere to anybody during his or her daily life. However for an asthma patient, stress, anxiety and other uncontrolled emotion could become an asthma trigger. Stress also decreases your body immune system to fight pathogen bacteria, which make an asthma patient who is having stress is likely to get ill.

Stress can happen in work place, at home, at school, and even when you are catching mass transportation to go to work! Those are things that you cannot avoid, therefore you should find a way to reduce the stress.

One of the solutions to be free of stress is by changing your way of thinking. Try to implement these 8 good habits to avoid stress

Be satisfied with who you are and what you have now, nobody is perfect. Never compare yourself with other people. Remember, you are a unique person. You have positive side and also bad side in you.

Always be thankful on everything that happened in your life, whether it’s a good thing or bad thing. This way you will always focus on positive side of everything.

Capture the moment, every moment in your life, and NEVER regret the past.

Reassess your priority. Learn how Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People will teach you to manage your life and become an effective person.

Pamper yourself with something that you like. This is especially important when you are in bad mood. Try to find and think about something enjoyable to do, and do it right away. Don’t let your bad mood control you!

Help others. Helping other people will always give you a good feeling. It’s also a good deed anyway!

Have love. Love (as everybody knows) have the power to change many things in this world. It can give you strength, healthiness and happiness. Always give and share love, and you’ll get love.

Laugh! What else shall I explain about this one? The best medicine in the world of all is laugh.
